GRADIL ELETROSOLDADO

Grating panels with standard measurements for use on floors, drainage channels, access platforms to machines and technical areas in all types of residential and industrial buildings. The grating has a 34×38 mm mesh with a 30×2.0 mm bearing bar and a 4.0 mm twisted rod separator. We have several measures available for immediate delivery according to the table.

GALVANIZED STANDARD GRATING

Grating manufactured by a simultaneous pressing and welding process. Available with several different types of bearing bars adjusted to different spans and permissible loads. We provide all technical support in the design phase and custom-made products in rectangular or shapeless formats according to each client’s project. Usually this type of grid is produced with a 34×38 mm mesh, however we can also manufacture with different meshes as you can see in the grid suitable for a 20 mm sphere.

Grating manufactured using an identical process to the previous one, but in this case with a smooth 5.0 mm rod. The grating with smooth rod is more used for architectural applications, namely for cladding walls, ceilings, partitions and some types of floors. We produce this type of grating with 33×24 mm and 21×24 mm mesh that are suitable for testing the 20 mm sphere.

BAR RATING X SMOOTH ROD

Grating whose mesh dimensions ensure the filtering of spheres equal to or greater than 20 mm, being suitable for the 20 mm sphere test.
