GRATING ADD-ONS
We manufacture made-to-measure gratings, in rectangular or misshapen formats, with holes, baseboards, trapdoors, hinges and other accessories according to each client’s project. This type of service is available for all types of gratings we produce.
We are able to manufacture gratings with a lower safety mesh for filtering all types of parts equal to or greater than 8.0 mm. For this, we used a perforated band with 8×8 mm square holes.
We manufacture gratings with lower filtering mesh for all types of pieces equal to or greater than 8.0 mm. The filtering mesh provides the same type of filtration as the safety mesh at a lower manufacturing cost. However, the safety mesh allows for a greater retention capacity for heavy parts that accidentally fall onto the grating, while the filtering mesh, being much thiner, is more suitable for retaining smaller, lighter parts.
The serrated grating differs from the others due to the serrated surface of its bars. The purpose of this serration is to intensify the anti-slippery effect.
This type of finish can be applied to bar x bar gratings and bar x rod gratings.
This is a type of grating widely used on technical floors subject to oil spills or other slippery substances or even just water.
The serrated effect of the bars makes it possible to intensify the adhesion of the floor to the soles of work shoes.
